Man struck and killed by hit-and-run driver in East Germantown, police say

A man who was walking in Philadelphia s East Germantown section on Monday night was struck and killed by a driver who initially stayed at the scene, but fled when first responders arrived, neighbors told NBC10. According to police, the man was struck and killed while walking along East Chelten Avenue at Musgrave Street when he was struck by a vehicle at about 10:30 p.m. on Monday.
